The founders of each of the NIS members are generally ex Big 4 or are from other large international accounting firms and so bring with them real experience and value to add to clients looking to set up overseas.
We know our clients want a “One stop shop” for their international service requirements and that providing a list of telephone numbers from a network is not the answer. We also believe that Business Process Outsourcing solutions often do not provide the level of local and international expertise needed to control the many complex issues faced by even the smallest overseas operation.
We are responsive, think ahead and make sure nothing is missed.
Our mutual clients range from VC backed start ups going overseas for the first time to large public companies with multinational service needs. All receive a cost effective, tailored solution.

NIS Global: Terms of Business
Each NIS Global member firm is a separate and independent legal entity. The NIS Global members operate across a number of countries and each NIS Global member has elected to market its services collectively with other NIS Global members as part of an international group. No NIS Global member firm has any authority to obligate or bind any other member firm. Each NIS Global member engages with clients independently and on its own separate legal terms and conditions and it separately liable for its own acts. Each NIS Global member trades subject to the laws and professional regulations in the jurisdiction in which it operates.

Ervaren assistent accountant (m/v)
Meyer & Schipperheijn Accountants en Belastingadviseurs B.V., is op zoek naar een ervaren assistent accountant (m/v). We zijn een klein kantoor met een gevarieerde, interessante en uitdagende nationale en internationale klantenkring.
U werkt voor diverse nationale en internationale klanten. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van een goede administratieve begeleiding van de klanten en het aansturen van een of meerdere assistenten. U stelt tussentijdse rapportages op vanuit de administratie.
U bent tevens aanspreekpunt van de klant inzake financieel administratieve vragen. U stelt de jaarrekening op. Naast accountancy zaken verzorgt u tevens de benodigde belastingaangiften, eventueel samen met een belastingadviseur.
We hebben ook een aantal grote in het buitenland aan de beurs genoteerde klanten, waar we kwartaalcijfers en jaarrekeningen voor opstellen, waar ervaring met grote consolidaties en IFRS voor nodig zijn.
Vereist zijn minimaal MBO of HBO, kennis van AccountView, een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift en minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring, liefst bij een accountantskantoor. Verder bent u accuraat, stressbestendig, doortastend, collegiaal en klantvriendelijk.
