We are a firm of accountants and tax advisers based right in the centre of Amsterdam. Our practice started in 1995 and we now employ eleven people, mostly accountants, tax advisers and bookkeepers. Many of our staff have come from the Big Four firms and both partners, Hans Schipperheijn and Henry Meyer, have been with Ernst & Young for years.

We provide clients with a wide range of services. We prepare the annual accounts, we do the administration for clients, we do the necessary registrations here, we file the necessary corporate income tax, personal income tax, wage tax and VAT returns, we do the salary administrations for clients, we advise clients on Dutch legal issues and the most tax efficient set-up of their operations here and assist them in implementing the whole structure.

We have clients working in different areas all over Europe and world-wide and in various sizes. We serve very large multinational companies working all over Europe and world-wide and we serve very small private clients in preparing their personal income tax return once per year.

We do not focus on a specific sort of client, but due to our Big Four background, where we often dealt with very large companies with all sorts of international operations, we are very well equipped to serve such clients, whereas we differ from Big Four companies in our personal approach and our fee structure.

Our level of service is fully tailored to the client’s needs. We can simply do the salary administration for the employees working here, or we can do the company’s full monthly or quarterly financial reporting, we can do the whole administration, we can prepare its annual accounts and all necessary tax returns and assist the client in setting up their Dutch operations as tax efficiently as possible and implement it for the client.

For years, Dutch companies have been used in order to structure the world-wide operations of very large and smaller companies and individuals operating cross-border in the most tax efficient manner. We can assist clients interested in setting up and running a Dutch company and meeting all legal, tax and accounting requirements, as we have done for numerous other clients before.
